Bandai RG RX-78-2 Gundam (Ver. 1.0)

Experience the Gundam that launched the Real Grade lineup with the RG RX-78-2 Ver. 1.0, featuring an Advanced MS Joint inner frame, layered armor, and the iconic weapons of Amuro Ray's mobile suit.

The Bandai RG RX-78-2 Gundam (Ver. 1.0) recreates Amuro Ray's mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam in 1/144 scale. Originally released in July 2010 as the first Real Grade kit, it combines multi-tone color-separated armor, intricate mechanical surface details, and realistic proportions. The partially preassembled Advanced MS Joint inner frame supports articulated movement and movable armor panels, with snap-fit assembly that requires no glue.

Equip the RX-78-2 with its Beam Rifle, Hyper Bazooka, Shield, and Beam Sabers for a range of display options. The FF-X7 Core Fighter transforms into a Core Block that connects inside the torso, while an additional non-transforming Core Block offers another configuration. Interchangeable hands, an Amuro Ray standing figure, and Realistic Decals with metallic detailing complete the presentation. An included adapter supports display with Action Base 2, sold separately.
